​ADMISSIONS​

Registration

There is a registration fee of JMD $5000 for all new or  re-enrolling applicants. This is to cover administrative costs.

All new applicants are required to:

​

  • Complete a registration and transfer form                (if transferring from another school)

  • Complete a medical form once an interview has been done and student has been accepted. 

  • Provide 2 passport size photographs

  • Provide a copy of birth certificate

  • Provide a copy of last school report and/or evaluation done by a recognized institution or assessor.

  • Provide a copy of immunization card (required by the Ministry of Education).

  • Be in good standing financially at previous school,   if being transferred.

  • Submit a recent educational assessment (dated earlier than 6 months prior to registration) if prospective student has exceptional needs.

  • Sign the School's Statement of Faith & Parent Commitment Form.

N.B. If your child is offered a place at Liberty - a 50% deposit on the school fee must be paid on acceptance of the placement to confirm their space.
